Si ta anuloj terminin?
Hapni Terminet → zgjidhni terminin → Anulo terminin. Anulimi online është i mundur deri në afatin që shfaqet në aplikacion; pas tij, ju lutemi telefononi studion.
Harrova fjalëkalimin.
Në ekranin e hyrjes shtypni Keni harruar fjalëkalimin? dhe shkruani numrin tuaj. Studio do t'ju dërgojë një kod me SMS ose WhatsApp; shkruani kodin në aplikacion dhe zgjidhni një fjalëkalim të ri. Nëse nuk merrni kod, telefononi studion.
Si ta ndryshoj fjalëkalimin?
Në aplikacion: Profili → Ndrysho fjalëkalimin.
Nuk po marr njoftime.
Në iPhone hapni Settings → Notifications → Studio Beauty dhe aktivizoni njoftimet.
Si ta fshij llogarinë?
Në aplikacion: Profili → Fshi llogarinë. Shihni Fshirja e llogarisë.

Како да откажам термин?
Отворете Термини → изберете го терминот → Откажи термин. Онлајн откажувањето е можно до рокот прикажан во апликацијата; потоа јавете се во студиото.
Ја заборавив лозинката.
На екранот за најава притиснете Ја заборавивте лозинката? и внесете го вашиот број. Студиото ќе ви испрати код преку SMS или WhatsApp; внесете го кодот во апликацијата и изберете нова лозинка. Ако не добиете код, јавете се во студиото.
Како да ја променам лозинката?
Во апликацијата: Профил → Промени лозинка.
Не добивам известувања.
На iPhone отворете Settings → Notifications → Studio Beauty и вклучете ги известувањата.
Како да го избришам профилот?
Во апликацијата: Профил → Избриши профил. Видете Бришење профил.

How do I cancel an appointment?
Open Appointments → choose the appointment → Cancel appointment. Online cancellation is possible until the deadline shown in the app; after that, please call the studio.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? and enter your number. The studio will send you a code by SMS or WhatsApp; enter it in the app and choose a new password. If you don't receive a code, call the studio.
How do I change my password?
In the app: Profile → Change password.
I don't receive notifications.
On iPhone open Settings → Notifications → Studio Beauty and allow notifications.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. See Account deletion.
